While you know that properties are best to invest on, most of you are definitely busy in your work and place. While looking and selection itself could consume a week, buying or selling a property needs another 3-4 weeks. Verification of previous property documents, preparation of sales deed, 10 days public notice etc. are important requirements that cannot be ignored. While dealing with us, you do not have to go through all these processes. All properties that we offer you are pre-inspected and you can have a look at them in a couple of hours. The paperwork is ready with our lawyers and all they need to do is take an appointment with the registrar. So if you are coming down for a week, the time is enough for a deal. For selling of the property, we will keep sending you offers from buyers and whenever you are ready to sell, you just need to come for a day or two maximum for the sales deed. If the property needs to be developed or renovated, we handle the same for you. If you are interested in renting the property, we find you tenants and maintain the property as well.
 
 
What we do
